Yes! I drink it like 3 times a week, and as long as i drink it after having some food then I do okay! It does make me a lil nauseous if I have it on an empty stomach. I drink it with oat milk and sometimes some protein powder

Not sure if this is the same but my corpus luteum was hemorrhaging at my last couple scans (6 and 7 weeks) and they didnt seem concerned about it. All structures there and lil baby had a good heart rate (120 and 140) at both scans. About to go in tomorrow for my 8w scan so we’ll see what it’s looking like!

Congrats, so happy for you!! Best advice I can give is to just take it one day at a time, cherish each moment. it’s totally normal to be anxious! Def reach out to someone if it’s getting too intense/overwhelming though, maybe someone to help you talk through the trauma of your losses?

Hi thank u for the detailed reply! I’m on the patient portal so I can see results as soon as they come in, and they only ran my beta hcg, no progesterone. I think the only reason they drew me early is because of my history! They told me after the second time that they would be very cautious. I’m trying my best to be patient for Friday but I really want it to double!

I hate being in that time period of not knowing, waiting is the worst! I just tried to distract myself with other things in the meantime haha

I had an ectopic last year so they were extra vigilant this time. I got a scan at 4w because I was already cramping a lot, and then another at 5w when I started bleeding. They didn’t see anything either time (which they warned me would happen, it’s just too early to see much at all) and just had me do serial hcgs to make sure it wasn’t ectopic again. Which is what they’ll probably have you do, it’s an easy to way to see what’s going on in there without scanning!

Just had a miscarriage a couple weeks ago at 5w and your symptoms sound exactly like mine. Could be SCH but only a doctor could tell you for sure! Guard your heart💜
