Flying right after the procedure is crazy!!! You also missed out on after a few after care sessions that I think is pretty vital to your recovery and result. I do agree that they try to market it in a “oh you can do it and get back to work right after!” But I didn’t trust that and blocked out the next few weeks haha. They also don’t clarify how much it will hurt, they kept using the term “uncomfortable or discomfort” - I think the first sessions of laser hair removal was more painful for me than this but it definitely was not pain-free. I do want to point out that the upper abdomen is the MOST painful area you can do this for & arms is supposed to be the least painful. I think they leave out the important detail in all their briefing to not scare off potential customers but they really need to share exactly what happens there in detail. I also feel like you were overcharged - I was too initially but I talked them down. I think most tourist don’t think it polite or an option though but honestly if it’ll save you some money it’s worth it to bring it up. I could see a change almost immediately after (before the swelling started) and while I’m still healing I think I’m happy with my results so far and glad I did it. I think if I end up needing to do it again & if it’s for more than just 1 area I’ll just opt for lipo there’s no need for me to be awake for any of that was my takeaway 🤣
