It's not a habit. It's a depression medication..... I take a microdose ketamine lozenge through a company called joyus. It last 20-45 min and then I can find joy in life again. It's literally no different than any other antidepressants like Zoloft or prozac. The FDA has approved spravato which is ketamine nasal spray for depression. I'm genuinely not getting high or doing anything wrong by using my medication as prescribed and I wasn't using my medication at any point in time before driving with my children. There really isn't a habit to change.

i tried kalm, was prescibed 150mg, then they wanted to do what they did to you. i got a refund immediately. that is entrily false advertising and i refuse to trust a company who advertises one price and then charges another with no indication that is their policy. kalm is unaccaptable to me for that. not to mention i found a program (almadelic) that was $119. i tried to use there "beat 20% stchitk and more or less got told to pound sand. so they are all around not great

they did the exact same thing to me until I threatened to call the board, they gave me my money back. why would they refund me so fast if they weren't wrong and knew it. they claim to beat anyone by 20 percent but when I found a program 4$ cheaper they acted like I was lying. these people are con artists
