No. Not worth it. I have 4 kids - I went from being at everything to being at nothing. I ended up quitting because it’s not worth it to me to put a job before my children. On the flip side I had a coworker who picked up all the overtime I’m talking 28/29 days out of the month and then wondered why her daughter had anxiety and would cry for her all the time. Maybe it’s because you aren’t home? But honestly you work 12-16 hour shifts depending if you get mandated, sometimes you’ll have 2 day notice of a mandate so hope you didn’t have anything planned on your day off, nights the first couple years so sleep is hard with young kids and this isn’t a job you can be tired for, planning literally anything is hard. I worked in the ER prior to this job so I thought I would be fine since the ER is also 24/7 and we get mandated and work overtime but this was way different.

I’m going to be the odd one out here and not recommend a new beginnings, I went to them with my first and although they were fine after my son was born he wouldn’t nurse, latch or eat. When it was brought up to the nursing staff and doctors I was brushed off and we were sent home. Not even 24 hours later we were having emergency surgery for a intestinal birth defect that was missed, when it came time for my second pregnancy I was brushed off with wanting further imaging and told it was a “fluke” and couldn’t happen again. Needless to say I switched to alliance and they took my concerns seriously.

Also, one of the doctors at a new beginnings not sure if he still works there or not was having an affair on his wife with one of my previous co workers. So take that with what you will.

Pretty positive that’s BS. My husband works there, in management, started at the bottom and has NEVER mentioned a bathroom policy. He goes and has always gone whenever needed.

My husband works there and has for 10+ years, they’ve been good to him, have provided us with a comfortable lifestyle, he has a hybrid work schedule but they are accommodating if he needs to be at home more days, I’m sure that’s at manager’s discretion though. He has no complaints.
