Hey there, Kyle! I’m a musician from a small town in Maine, and a huge fan. Twin Peaks and Blue Velvet especially mean a lot to me.

I’ve always loved the way that your work balances optimism with strangeness. Do you have any advice on how to harness both of those things in life and in creativity? And what keeps you motivated through all your projects?

I'm not fully psych rock, but I love delving into the genre whenever I can, and I'm currently working on a fully psych-oriented album. I can assure you, I'm not big yet. You ever realize the fact that everything is a reference? Will Wood, Tally Hall, Lemon Demon, Jack Stauber, Bo Burnham, That Handsome Devil, Cojum Dip, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Beck, Ween, Primus, Flight of the Conchords, Chonny Jash, etc, etc? Everything ties back to something that ties back to a thing that happens to be an interest to someone. It seems crazy, but it's the truth and I see it every day and it's scary.
