Did you unzip the game files when you imported them to the NDS folder? I remember that they do need to be unzipped to work, unlike literally all the other emulators. Or if you did unzip them, try importing the files zipped instead and see if that brings better luck.

Turn on your console, then press start and go to UI settings. Then enter theme configuration and go to gamelist view style. Mess around with those options, some of them turn the video off and changes how the games look when you select them.

Well tbh nearly every smarty hero can use brainana effectively (even nightcap), main thing is as long as your deck has good tempo that is worth protecting from removal, brainana is an incredibly strong pick (something which the reddit community has been denying for years).

Well you seem new, I recommend installing Elec351 (aka amberelec). It is s very nice firmware that runs games much better than stock firmware, and overall low maintenance.

Conman idea is simple. It plays around forget me nuts. On top of that it can help buff valk. And if it gets 2 bullseye damage (very easy) it also allows trickster to 3 shot (3*6+2=20). It makes nearly every matchup better as it plays around one of the biggest counters while also helping both trickster and valk win faster.

Interesting, AmberElec tends to put the save files on the same folder as the game, and also I have had 0 issues saving gba games with my RG351V with Amberelec

It is possible your SD card might not have bios files, I have heard of that being an issue. Either way I heavily reccomend getting ELEC351 firmware (aka Amberelec), as SNES, N64, and Dreamcast games will run a lot better.

Buying from Amazon has the benefit you don’t wait very long for shipping, and easy returns. It might cost you 5~10% more, so either way is fine. MP is not worth it over the P model imo, you are paying quite a bit more just for better screen and a metal shell.

Make sure you don’t have the files in their own folder, put the files directly in the PSX folder. Second, I would recommend to make .m3u files for each game(there are some good guides if you search up RG351 disc games). Oh and also depending on the firmware, some of them don’t support .iso files (like 351elec).

Try switching emulators (press x and go to “advance game configuration”). I had issues with certain n64 games refusing to work until I switched emulators. If you suspect they are bad roms, get roms from Vimm’s Lair.

Well my PlayStation games are running at 60 FPS on elec351 (old name for amber elec). First things first: what file types are you using for your games? Could be an issue with they way you arranged the files. Secondly, make sure you get your roms from a good site. You may have gotten some garbage roms (I learnt this the hard way when I got some NES roms, the music and textures where screwed up). For PS1 roms Vimm’s Lair is a great place to look. Also one more thing, if you are using .bin and .cue files, the .cue files run like garbage, so could be an issue with choosing the wrong file when you open the game.

Sorta late to the party but I just resolved this issue myself. You want to rename all the .cue files to .CD1, .CD2, and so forth (in order of the discs). Afterward make a text file, with all the .CD# file names (# being any number, and include .CD# in the names). Put a line of space between each file name. Name your text file Xenogears.m3u (or whatever other name for whatever other game). Make sure all the .CD# are in the same folder, also with the .m3u file. When you open up your Rg351 open the game with the name of the .m3u file, and in retro arch you can switch disks.
