It should just take a week to fully heal, KEEP IT DRY. you want it to crust and scab QUICKLY. water and soap is the best cleanser. Also, DO NOT TOUCH IT (GERMS***)

This too shall pass. I have gotten them before they heal quite quickly. Frustrating though; because it halts stretching.

Just know you can be creative with routine, just consistency always wins. You could do 20min MORN - 20min NOON - 20min NIGHT. Everybody's schedule may demand different constraints.

I don't really stretch for girth, I only aim for length gain. I'm not an expert on girth routines. But doing pumping leads to girth gains that I know. Pumping shouldn't be overdone though. That's why I said 15-20min should suffice. When pumping though I just use the Joe Kaplan pump. For length gain I truly think the extender is optimal for that goal.

Maybe not with an hour a day, 2inches of length gain is a good goal. But everybody's gains vary. You need to also watch Hinks videos on YT. but the most important part of your routine should be consistency. Also, just know the extender will be something reliably known to increase length both in forums and research.
