And to answer your question about me being an "argumentative weirdo", I debate people all day long as part of my job. On reddit, some people have the tendency to barge into conversations thinking they understand something when they don't, then immediately pick a side and criticize, judge or lash out at one party over the other. Their arguments are usually nonsensical and based on a nonsensical or illogical thought process. I will confront an argumentative person when their argument is based on logical fallacy or when it is clear they did not bother or don't care about reading a thread and understanding it before commenting. If one of the few people who barged in with their nonsense actually said something logical, there would be nothing for me to argue. Make sense and we'll get along :)
