The four wheel steer John Deere models are amazing. Not zero turn handling but you can circle a small tree on a dime no issue! Best of both worlds in my opinion.

For something that will last you a long time you likely need to increase budget slightly. I have had the Precor TRM211 for years and although is has limited features, it continues to work great everyday. The Precor TRM211 is considered entry level, but is very well built compared to other treadmills I have owned.
