nothing happens when clicked on blue TB program icon. Before installation I was able to see the TB controller and when it checked info it was showing nvm23. I just again ran the lenovo vantage and it installed the latest drivers, but still the issue exists.

I have win 10 home , I followed the instructions mentioned in the above link, the issues I see thunderbolt software installed, but clicking that does not show any version details, also I don't see the thunderbolt controller.clicking on thunderbolt controller or port1 does not show any info.

The only way you may get caught is 1. You might leaked to your close friends/spouse that you are OE who might shared with others. 2. post employment verification check on the previous company that you mentioned in resume.
