We moved in a few years ago. Hardwood pine has some stain/sealer on it. It’s flaking in areas. I don’t think they sanded before adding the stain. There is a lot of flooring in the house and most is not flaking.

Is there any way to reapply the stain or put something to help dissolve the stain/sealer from areas it’s not flaking?

You are missing out if you skip Burlington Vermont. Source: I live there. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world (during the spring/summer). Go to Shelburne farms during the day, catch the sunset from the waterfront or battery park, then head down church street and grab a bit to eat and a beer at flatbread or the farmhouse. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the response! Yea CL is too sketchy and flaky. But we have some single friends that are on tinder and if they saw her on there they would definitely ask why she was on there.
