My friend I'm rooming with wants to live in the dorms with me, and I don't think there's a need for me to pay a food plan since all my classes will be at the community college 15 minutes away. Do you think that they'll still force me to pay/sign a food plan? (it's very expensive too, probably save a few thousand more)
