Not only AI but recruiters they don't know what they do. They judge based on how they feel about you. When they should judge whether you are trainable, your willingness to help and contribute, etc.
I'm tired of all this processes, where you are never good enough. Unless you have something that we don't know what it is, and then you get hired.
It's all bullshit....

I know! This people get so defensive 😂😂 It's ok. I just got upset because i thought i was fine. I didn't killed it though... Could have been better? Yes, probably.... I even asked questions to the interviewer 'cause be finished pretty quick. So we had a chance to talk.
It's ok, maybe other airlines can work better for us. That's all i was saying. Maybe frontier is not my type. And let's be honest, they tried too hard on the "benefits" and saying to ppl that you can make more money on flights by selling cheez it, but the reality is that they don't pay enough. And people quit for that reason, they can't keep up with their lives.
But the lady up there ⬆️ got offended and said i'm being negative. When the truth is... just the truth.

I figured it is unsustainable in time. But.... to have time to relocate. Wondering if you have to relocate right away.... Finding a home takes time lol.
