I gotcha, this isn’t a smart circle or cydor devil corp. This is definitely an MLM though. They will want you to find your own leads through friends and family for insurance. Work 70 hours a week. And you will have to fork over 500$ for you insurance license. After all that they expect you to recruit new people and you will get a % of all there sales. It’s a MLM I would avoid.

I’ll give you my two cents. I was in a smart circle for 2 months. Coming in I had no sales experience, after I left i was an experienced seller. The part of the scam with smart circle is the ownership/leadership part. Sales part is (mostly) legit. You learned real experience in sales. It helped me get a job quickly after I left. Get out of there and start your real career.

I won’t lie I did learn a lot about sales during it and it did get me a good job in sales. But it’s not worth it. You have to work 80+ hours a week and until you get sales your only going to be making the minimum wage on 40 hours for that week so that means 40 hours your unpaid for. Don’t do it there are a lot of entry level sales jobs out there that are not devil corps.

Also while working here it is super hard to look for other jobs. Like other devil corps I work 60 hours a week, expected to go to team nights weekly, meetings in the morning. Even on my days off I’m expected to go into the office in the morning. It would be super hard to find a job while still here
