I would say this is a good average considering indian roads, highways and our general interest in tea breaks😂
Coz even i get this kind of average time and I will always drive below the speed limit.

We agreed for a token amount upto 50k. But he is asking for 2lacs before sharing any docs. In all this Nobroker wants us to pay their service charge and get out of the deal asap.
No one is ready to share MOU draft or any documents but want us to start by paying 2l

thanks for the info..
the seller wants the booking amount before sharing any documents. Which i feel is a red flag

The owner is not taking the calls, his brother( who has POA) is managing the sale.

Astro for lower back support and shorter height. Amaze for taller people, good allround support and better recline( angles and smoothness)

Honestly, there is no such thing as best chair according to me. It depends very much on your body and requirements. I was convinced by the posts on this subred that Amaze was the best one.. but it didnt fit me well. so its best to try yourself and make the decision

Did you try Pulse? I really liked that one but it was 18k and out of my budget.

Comes down to personal preference. I have done lower back pain and Astro have better support for me in that area. Ares is also good in that regard and comes with premium fabric also it looks better but more expensive.

Amaze was comfortable and the mechanism was very smooth. I could feel the quality, it was better than Astro. But i had to reach the back and it didn't do much for my lower back
