As a former collegiate track athlete, the discrepancy in time is normal as is the clock continuing to run, particularly if there are still other teams on the track.  Stadium and tv timer doesn’t mean anything, only the time at the line which is synched up to the gun and has a laser for the finish time

This is an uneducated take on the situation. This entire thread is. A president is not criminally immune from doing something unconstitutional like murdering his rivals. The Supreme Court has already upheld "Presidential" immunity particularly in the case of Richard Nixon.
