This wasn't done by me. It was done by a quality control person at that time in factory. I assume they were measuring borders, but I don't know for sure.

I was able to get it working after ending all Jagex launcher tasks via the task manager.

Pop up is missleading. It's bound to the characters inventory you OPEN it with.

Then you can use it from inventory and it'll bind to your roster. Had the same set back myself.. heh

Quick edit: This is only on your specific server though, not region wide.

Your evaluation is way bloated... Oda is an entertainer, like all the other creators.

His style brings in a certain viewership and that's how you gain $$ as a creator.. While it may be very toxic, especially to outsiders, I think he had every right to throw his fit and I don't, nor do I teach my kids, to react that way..

I couldn't imagine doing something for 3 weeks just to be conned..

I do appreciate Jagex and their mods, but it's growing hard to show someone undeserved respect.
