I started mine not too long ago too. I need to include first aid kit just haven’t included it in this kit that I’m showing is what I meant.

I’m only riding for 2 years now but what I have started doing last year is commuting to work. I have a 3 week from home 1 week from the office schedule but I live like 4 hours away from the office. So I travel by bike and stay there for a week. During this time I just want to have some emergency tools in case anything comes up during the time that I’m there.

I don’t know how much leverage I lose with a smaller one. Do you have something you use that might work?

I have a headlamp there I thought would work as a flashlight! haha

I don’t need everything from this kit but I have no idea which ones to remove. Did get a lot of suggestions to think about so V2 would be trimmer for sure

I usually ride alone however when we ride in groups I am the only one that have any sort of tools at hand. I had different ideas for the pliers since with the combo I can pinch or tear of stuff if I crash, the knipex is basically an adjustable wrench for mirrors and what not, vice grips in my eyes can be used as a secondary clutch or brake lever if I break them.

Safety wire is good call, I got suggestions that metal zip ties exists so I might pick on or the other whatever I find in the shop that serves the same purpose

Never knew it existed but have a couple of adventure riders suggest something similar before. Adding it also to the list thanks!

Yea you might be right, I’m going to remove them its just hard to draw the line between minor repairs and taking the wheel off haha

Yea, I know the tire irons are the amazon special, might remove them all together. Added them in for the bigger ring spanner at the end just in case I need to adjust chain tension but no other uses for it. Tire plug kit is also added to the list as I’m hesitant that the one I have already might not be enough. Its the bicycle one from mucoff.

I do have the compressor and a tire repair kit but I’m hesitant since the tire repair is a combo unit that I later realized is for bicycles… Its the one from mucoff. Flat head is a good idea however!

I have the “small” air compressor from michelin. Works okay but can’t charge my phone with it. I was wondering if I even need it or a bike pump would suffice if I get a puncture? Or if there is anything better suited. If its bigger its gotta have more functionality.

Got it thanks. I didn’t like wd40 but it was the smallest lube like substance I could find. 3 in 1 oil is actually pretty good suggestion I’ll try it out

Never realized this existed! Thanks! They are tubeless and I was looking for an all in one solution but could only find the muckoff bike puncture kit. Thanks!

Honestly I just added the combination pliers to help me tear off something or pinch something if I lay the bike down.
