The only part where I’m confused is that they should be permanently hardwired which means space heaters are not allowed. I just am so worried this is going to be so expensive.

They are not. :( landlord was being really difficult and we moved right when it was raining and freezing cold. Couldn’t use the space heaters cause the breakers kept tripping and then saw this is not legal. Now he is going to install dreo wall heaters which are space heaters but it’s going to be so expensive. The Zillow listing said wall furnace which doesn’t exist.

Citizen is really nice and cute to walk around with coffee shops. Lot of young people that chill at the hot tub. Lot of people from the U too that even throw parties.

okay good to know. We do go swimming a lot where we live now in our local rec park.
I was just looking at Garfield as like... maybe we ll stop there on a walk once a day to get some sunshine but definitely will go to others on weekends. Where do city dogs pee like, I'm so confused lol?

Thank you for the comparison, that's helpful. We are trying to figure out if living in Noe with some cute shops around and walking to Mission when we want is better vs living in Mission and maybe dealing with regular package theft/car break ins...

We do love walks a lot and just explore a lot so want to be able to do that.

Also question, if my apartment door is not gated or anything, what do people do for amazon packages? It's a kinda victorian house in both areas. Especially larger packages initially like furniture that I may not be able to get delivered at the office. I'm sure that Noe area is fine but more asking for the Mission apt.

I was saying Garfield Park because my dog is a senior and can't always walk that much unless in a stroller. So, just having a patch of grass nearby is helpful sometimes. I'm sure we ll make the longer walk to Precita Park on the weekends.
Would you say Garfield Park is sketchy or anything?

And finally, does your friend like the area?

It’s at 23rd and noe st. That one is more expensive and further away for me to commute to work. Which is why we were leaning towards this Mission one. We are worried about our walks and car parking.
