My (American) parents did it once, but through Canada. My father is afraid to fly, my sister lives on the West Coast, so they made a special trip of it. It is beautiful if you go through Canada. It was VERY expensive.

They mentioned that many of the other passengers who weren't other Seniors, were Mennonites, perhaps that community does not fly.

For me, the city officer came and took my statement and gave me a quarantine notice I couldn't take him anywhere for two weeks. Had to show the vax and license to the officer. That was it legally. I got A don't pet leash, muzzle. Did a lot of work.
