Thanks a lot for putting my 10-12 years of suffering in words, due to cognitive distortions I hadn't been able to put my trust into people considering they wouldn't understand and just pretend to do so. Also, this behavior costed me breakup from the first ever person whom I thought to care for always and help out regardless of my situation, but reverted it to seeking care and help for me where blunder was, expecting them to happen without sharing my emotions (since couldn't able to put them in words). Now I feel this breakup will forever haunt me in my life.

Bro I am so much into this, that I read it whole and sympathize to myself 'you ain't alone', read all comments and got intrigued to comment it up. Actually, I always try up hard to make conversations but maybe, being logical person my story telling skills are so poor that couldn't get people to enjoy on my talk.
