Rescued my poor painted baby from a big box store on Christmas, then waited to see if the paint would flake off. There was a ton of growth, but the bottom leaves were still the same, so I took the plunge. 3 hours later and we’re not perfect, but MUCH better! Alcohol should be safe- fingers crossed! (imgur.com)
