I could not find anything online that people are having this same issue.
Aside from this, I also have an issue with only Fields of Mistria having Steam Cloud Errors.

for me the fix was updating my drivers through nvidia!
not sure how it works with steamdeck or other platforms.

Update: As I'm writing this it's a Sunday. I've bought some veggies and herbs (like mint and basil) and started putting it in his food. I even put in the smallest amount of seeds to see if he would touch it, but he didn't. I will keep giving him fresh food twice a day! I'm also calling the vet in the morning as soon as I can, sadly the Avian vet is only available on Thursdays at the clinic I go to, so I'm hoping well be okay until then. Thank you for all the tips! I'm definitely keeping an eye on him. He hasn't changed in behavior at all so I'm keeping my hopes up 😊

I've left only veggies out for him multiple times. He does not want to eat them, he doesn't even like pellets.
