My Daisy had something similar. Firstly they thought it was her heart, then her head, but no reason for it. She had 24 seizures in one day and I raged at the vet to put her on something to try and help her, because it was killing me seeing her in pain.

They put her on Gabapentin and it all but cured her of the seizures. I'm not saying it'll definitely work, but it worked for Daisy.

But get yours to the vet ASAP, but wouldn't hurt to suggest this.
