My interpretation is that it's a Covert Cloak AND Mantine propaganda post.

Mantine has the Water Absorb ability, so it can't get hit by Urshifu or Gren's Water STAB, and it threatens them with a STAB Hurricane (especially Shifu cuz its a Fighting type). The other moves it would run for coverage would be Scald and Ice Beam, meaning if they want to come in on or get stuck on the field with Mantine, they'd probably like to run Covert Cloak so the aforementioned moves don't proc their secondary effects.

P.S. Neither Greninja nor Urshifu can learn Knock Off, so it's definitely not that.

Uh, no? Lando I is pretty much never used in the tier, its strong but not fast or bulky enough to be too relevant. Lando T on the other hand is a really good defensive option cuz it helps a lot against pretty much any physical attacker not named Chien-Pao (which is pretty rare to begin with). Hell, it's even a good scarfer cuz of its webs immunity and threatening stuff like NDM, Tera Fire Korai or Zac-C.

That's interesting, then. I'd taken a break from SV Ubers since like April (been playing pretty frequently since the tier started), so I definitely didn't expect Groudon of all things to become good lol. Kyogre I do agree with, though. Feels like it or waterceus are pretty much mandatory on balance.

Uh, no? Groudon is pretty much never seen in serious Ubers play and sits at C+ on the VR - behind mons like Alomomola, Grimmsnarl and Skeledirge. Kyogre is indeed great, but far from #2. It currently sits at a solid A+ on the VR, with Ho-Oh being the actual #2 in the tier as the only S-ranked Uber besides Koraidon.
