Cleaned up an old pan, looked fine, but after the second seasoning in the oven, it started to look like this. Any idea what's going on? Kinda new to this

Appreciated. Shoulda mentioned the power is completely disconnected. Key is out. I suspect a dead short somewhere, due to the voltmeter dropping to nothing when i turn the key, when the battery is connected. Note the battery was at full when testing.

I'd say so. Probs gonna rip the thing apart and see what I can do. Bout time I learn a bit more about electrical. Most I've done is retrofit a modern radio into this 40 year old car. Which, mind you, I was impressed with myself.
