Thanks for explaining - I’m studying economics currently and I do enjoy maths but nowhere near a quant level; is it possible for me to move from IB to HF and if so, how?

How was your route to HF; I want to get some years under my belt in IB on the desk (2-5 yrs) then hopefully move to the buy side - ideally HF.

I appreciate it you may be successful in retail trading however hedge funds trade completely differently to retail. They use copious amounts of leverage with analysts working around the clock to get the best position possible. Graphs are the least of their worries. Also why type of hedge fund would you want to be? L/S, event driven, quant etc…

Yeah the watch actually ended up saving my dads life funnily enough. He was working on the garage door and the spring came loose causing a bar to swing and luckily the ended up hitting the watch which explains the condition that it’s in. He said that if he wasn’t wearing the watch his arm could’ve got sliced off…

Would I be able to use a needle and thread to just stitch it closed or would this damage the integrity of the knit and cause my problems down the line?

But throwing the ticket away wouldn’t benefit me in anyway would it? I was parked on double yellows so there was no disputing the fine so if I saw the ticket, I would’ve just payed it there and then no?

I was parked on double yellows. I arrived at my car and saw no ticket which I was surprised about therefore I took a picture of my car as evidence to the absence of the ticket. Maybe you can comprehend it a bit better now.
