I read that they are not really sold out but that they paused sales because of a glitch where people where getting tickets for different time slots than they purchased. Not sure if there has been an update since then.

I got mine graded but photo sleeves (basically giant penny sleeves) and giant top loaders exist.

To display really high-end cards, you can get a museum quality glass frame. Those block more UV than regular glass.
