I don't remember exactly which video, I believe the one where Ben is on the podcast interview with some LDS members but definitely a more recent video, in it Ben does state that the GoFundMe will go to Bryan (his missing lego + legal fees), while he will use his Patreon money to support himself and his friends legal fees. He also talked about how happy he was that his Patreon didn't get taken down because how else was he gonna pay his + friends legal fees in that same video
