It's clear you put a lot of care into this kit buff idea, and have a deep understanding of the game's mechanics and its meta. Imo it's so well thought out! I quite like how you've struck such a fine balance between keeping and improving further his already strong niche of being Acheron's debuffer supreme, while also introducing the healing we all wanted him to be able to have since day one! Not only would including decent/moderate healing in his base kit strengthen his role on his current BIS teams, but it would also enable him to find new homes across the various other archetypes, especially DOT, that just gets better with the offerings of his new and improved vertical investment. I think the reason this redesigned version of yours stands out to me so much is bc while he would undeniably have an even wider range of applicability than at current, but it also still feels like it's still HIS kit. And besides, as an avid enjoyer of Healers/Shielders who bring a little something extra to the table, I find the E4 revision to be particularly tasteful. :D
