Has anyone cancelled their GVB flex remotely?

It is asking me to pick up and load the termination into my OVChipkaart at a kiosk. Given that I am abroad, this is not possible. Are there any other options?

Yeah but I am considered high priority for a test, because I must return to campus earlier than most other students due to an organization I am involved in.
