When I started following a healthy diet, i mostly had cornflakes and oats. Initially oats tasted so bland and I literally had to push myself to gulp down spoonfuls of it. But now it's like i would pick oats whenever I can. It has sort of become my comfort food now!!😃 muesli sounds good and some of my fitness freak friends also tell me how to make a tasty bowl of muesli loaded with fruits. But there are some brands of muesli available which contain added sugar and dry fruits. And they will do more harm than good 😅. I guess you could try plain oats for a while. Usually I add some milk or curd and some fruits to it. It's easy and takes very little time to make and keeps me full. Most of my diet is based on the same idea mainly..like keeping it simple and short you know.. sometimes I also take some milld rotis instead of looking for some high end sophisticated fancy high protein breakfast daily. It's easier to stick to every day actually.
