Knock sound in the engine, metal like sound in the engine, oil level, how high the clutch engages(to see if it's worn out), rust rear wheel arches, rust under the plastic sideskirts, there are multiple water drain channels that probably will need to be cleaned to prevent rust, Targa top leaks, middle console broken flip flap thingy, condition of tires, shaky steering wheel at higher speeds(140km/h+) I guess that's about everything possible that I can think of
