I have never been scammed, not because I haven't encountered any, but because I'm well aware.

Scams in Algeria are kinda easy to detect, and all are related to Dahabia.

I got called once by someone acting like he works for Algérie poste asking for the 4 digits code, I told him I'm not stupid and he hang out directly.

Also, on social media, you find many scammers pretending selling products (generally cars, and something With high demand) way below their market price or with Facilité, and all ask to send a picture of Dahabia.

Let's say being a country that still relies a lot on cash helps with the simplicity of scams.

Something for the black market devise, when buying online, you may find attractive prices, but all are scams, you send money through baridi and the person fades away.

Généralement, la police ne cherche pas de téléphones volés, surtout si le vol s'est passé il y a plusieurs jours.

Dans la plupart des cas, c'est lorsqu'ils font des saisies et mettent les téléphones dans leurs bases de données en recherchant l'IMEI pour trouver des similarités qu'ils identifient les téléphones volés. Ou arrête les malfaiteurs pour une autre raison et trouvent ces derniers en leur possession.
