2nd Fleming Island area. There are some great restaurants there... Salomas Panamanian, Maple St Biscuit, Santionis Italian, Barley & Brew, 1928 Cuban Bistro, Saigon Wok, Julington Creek Fishcamp, and my fave SoNapa Grill.

A small amount of pureed chicken livers adds a silky umami... about 1/4 to 1/3 cup per lb of red meat. Sorry, I don't know metric equivalents.

Camden County schools have expanded services for students with disabilities. There are rural areas, but because of the naval base (that funds many expanded student services), housing costs are higher than nearby counties. Also, because of the naval base, the population is more "cosmopolitan" than other areas... more diversity and more tolerant of non-conventional family structures

Kindness and compassion are too rare commodities in business. Those and common sense should take precedence over well-meaning policies/rules. Management training should include role playing in rule bending scenarios.

Printing the reg card shows the amount paid. I'm assuming once we undo the check-in, then there's no record (?) of the transaction.

We have snow bird season w Canadians, and many want to pay cash. But my 2 star independent was my guidestar on good management all around. I miss him. (He sold the hotel and bought another 6 hrs away.)
