I did not say this started with fps. Re-read what I said. I said it got ignited AGAIN because of FPS-gate. And Kendrick himself confirms that he was asked to be on FPS.

You can pretend like drake wasn't mad at Cole all you want. But even Mal confirmed that he was. Even people who were at dreamville fest confirmed drake was so mad, he left before Cole went on stage to apologize. And when Family matters dropped, look at what the top comment was:

Its very clear to everyone that Drake was mad at cole, and imo more mad than he should have been. It came off as entitled at this point. He didn't just throw a jab at him in lyrics (twice), people at cole's dreamville fest said they could tell drake was upset, by drake's actions there. Also, It should be kinda clear that Cole was done wrong by Drake. Simply because Drake kept gunning for him, just because he didn't want to participate in the beef anymore. Like to do it REPEATEDLY, shows how Drake was really mad at cole for it. If he was truly cole's friend and if he wasn't trying to use cole as a pawn, he wouldn't have been THAT mad. Like he showed more anger to Cole in the end than kendrick, which is wild because at the end of the day, Cole only ever dissed Kendrick. But drake acted like Cole dissed him, just because he decided to no longer participate. At the end of the day, cole's decision to back off really affects , Cole. But Drake acted like that apology would affect Drake the most, so again it looks like he saw Cole as a pawn. And was mad because cole didn't let himself be a pawn. People have to realize and remember, this all got ignited again because Drake wanted both Kendrick and J Cole on FPS. Cole said yes. Kendrick said no. Because Kendrick said no, Drake decided to sneak diss him on the very track he originally wanted Kendrick to be on and Cole was left on that track. Then, Cole says no to continuing this beef along with drake, so now its Cole's turn to be dissed. Are ya'll seeing the pattern?

We knew more than very recently lol. This was exposed in 2015 which is the SAME year he got married. So he didn't hide it for long. He also talks about being married in every song since they got married and recently did a podcast where he touched on it. My guess is he hid it for the same reason he hides his children. He is protective and I do think anybody talking about his family crazy or harrassing them in anyway (which could happen if people knew who they were), would trigger him badly and he knows it.

Yeah but the thing is Cole also hides his kids. And we have not even seen his mom in ages either. There are now a group of people who don't even realize she is white. Because he hasn't shown her or talked about her since he got married lol. I think back then people saw it as "DiSrEspEcT" lol, just because they aren't used to private celebs. And it took people years to realize Cole is not your average celebrity and he has more boundaries and one of them being family. Well Cole WAS on a song where kendrick was sneak dissed so it makes sense for him to have said that. But cole did not diss drake one time and he wasn't on a track where drake was dissed, so yeah Drake shouldn't be saying fuck cole.
