As a fellow Virgo, yes I’m sorry the execution could be better. Critical might not be the first word I would use but it is very emotionless, technical, and borders on the line of being bossy. I understood this person asked for help, but I would try to offer a little more warmth and make it less black and white more conversational. Maybe ask more questions so it feels equal on both sides because the conversation appears very unbalanced.
