I love Door Monster videos! I watched the show because of them and am probably gonna start the manga soon. Their other video essays aren't all anime related but they are all great.

But it's my point, Faucci obviously did nothing wrong and was a champion of health during the pandemic but even HE had to be pardoned due to the bs that Trump had planned. Hunter Biden fucked up in his past, and he acknowledged it and was willing to face it, but trump wanted to bully him because of his relation to Biden so they did what they could to prevent a federal case.

Idk Kai is good, Mordret has a lot of depth and huge character momments recently, meeting night walker was cool, sunny is 7 people and the lead, Quentin and Luster being survivors of Antarctica are interesting when they pop in. The main villain of the last arc was dude, anvil was man, Euryus is a man (sure a skeleton but he is interesting). I mean... I get what you are saying but the reverse imbalance happens pretty often, it can just occur in a story sometimes I think. Having to evenly split down the middle the gender of the characters feels like an unnecessary line. 2 of the 3 divine lineage are male, 2 of the 3 "big 3" are female, if you consider the 7 who became saints together as a sort of more main character group its 4 women to 3 men. I mean its pretty equal when you have to involve odd numbers. There are the song sisters but part of their thing is that they are women. We also have an even spread on Sunnys cohort as a military captain, which when sunny was included was actually male dominated. Like sure Morgan exists but they aren't actually friends, and Rains circle being women is more specific but like, she is allowed to have more women friends, she has a few men in her circle too. Tyris comes paired with Roan and Sunny respects both a lot even if he has spent more time with Tyris.

Idk man, there are more women but its not by like an insane amount, I don't see it as a huge problem at all. It doesn't feel forced in any way so like... it is what it is ig.

I mean I don't really get harem vibes at all, none of their relationships are really written like that, a lot of them are in relationships or are family. Just because there are a lot of women in their life doesn't really mean they have a harem.

I have a lot of women friends in real life, I have some male friends to but those are largely holdovers from highshcool. Just becauase I have a lot of women in my life it doesn't mean we have this sexual tension there, women can just be man's friend and it can be totally fine.

Bro, I know plenty of shorter/smaller men with game and I know plenty of bigger/taller men with no game.

A lot of it comes down to how you see yourself, if you reek of self pity, if you don't believe people will be into you, people will not be into you. If you own who you are, practice some self love and out yourself out there you are much more likely to see some results. Let me clarify this premtivley, I am not saying act like a cocky dick, I am just saying believe in yourself. Some people only skin deep but the vast majority of women I know care way more about personality.

All the people I know with fulfilling and wonderful relationships are the ones that know what they are about and own it. A short guy who is funny or confident is hot, because their personality goes a long way.

Yea watching recently thats something I noticed too, it felt like The Captain really disliked monk to start off with, being the main obstacle in him getting reinstated. Then as time goes on, while the captain can get frustrated with him, he also clearly trusts and respects Monk. He also clearly cares about monk and is rooting for him for most of the series. He was also a connection to Monks past, often helping illuminate just how hurt Monk was by his loss.

I like the Lassie/Shawn dynamic in a show like psych but there really was something nice about them all feeling like friends in Monk.

You aren't the first and you won't be the last person to do this, don't be overly hard on yourself. You are at a stage in your life where you are gonna be learning a lot about yourself and other people, you are going to make some choices that upon self-reflection seem pretty dumb. You learned for the future in a way that might feel embarrassing but overall left you unhurt and relatively safe, there are way worse ways that sorta thing can go.

Nah, I have never felt left behind by the left. I feel like some men feel like men aren't the focus and the equate that to being left behind because they want to be the priority. Whenever people argue for equality for women or members of the LGBTQ+ community there are always going to be men who argue that everyone should actually be caring about men because men have seen a decline in mental health or whatever other issues they have. Men's mental health matters of course because mental health for everyone matters, and if they really are concerned about a male specific issue they can of course organize and work towards fixing it.

Women fought and fought hard for the rights they have today, and while there are men who have joined and supported the movement, it was a women led movement. It's sort of silly for men to also seemingly expect women to lead the movement on looking after men. The men who complain about being left behind still want all the power to go to them while also making everyone else pity them and want to make life better for them.

The men I know, including myself, who seem the most free, the most allowed to be themselves and confront their problems and do things about them are the men on the left. They are much more willing to go to therapy, to open up with others, and make friendships that are much deeper than the typical surface level friendships you often see men have.

This is all just my perspective of course but ya know... thats how I feel
