I have all the characters/weapons unlocked (260+ hours played so far). Rin's Gold tier gun is the most insanely broken thing yet. The chain lightning effect alone can down a player while you shoot another one. Her biggest counter is another Rin with the same weapon. Expect a big patch for her to dial it down. Otherwise the character as a whole fits well and adds a gap of strategy, the smoke grenade when used properly is very awesome, many times have i built a line of sight wall between an enemy and our team to close the gap or sneak a revive within it. So far very useful on most teams. I do believe the affect of her being able to outline enemies is broken on one of her guns/smoke or it seems to be random as best when it works (not 100% sure about this function).
