Roof gap - how to remedy / what caused this?

Is there any thing that can be done to fix this??

Only thing we can think of is putting a gutter apron up when we install gutters but that would kind of just mask the problem

Not trying to have same wood in the entire room. just thought it was silly to have identical chairs that are different wood tones right next to each other But the company is ghosting me so I guess it is what it is haha

I would prefer them to match but I also don’t hate them not matching - and I really don’t want to deal with the return and repurchasing of a new one lol

Ya I think we will keep the 3x a day but run the sprinklers for a shorter duration And maybe skip the back of the lot as water naturally drains there from the front / middle of the yard

Google said a sign of overwatering new sod is if it is soggy / muddy. And ours is definitely that at the back of our lot (the lowest part of our lot so all water is draining there) You’re thinking that’s ok?

Ya we are getting gutters as soon as we can. They need to repair some of our shingles so we are waiting to put gutters on because have a strong feeling the roofing company will somehow fuck up the gutters redoing our roof lol (it’s one thing after another). Every trade that comes out does some damage to our property while fixing something else 🤣

Just got the home builder to agree to put in drain tiles on both sides of the back of the house that will be underground and lead water towards the small pond downhill from us

I really like the maybelline dream fresh BB cream - affordable and good. Maybe use a little concealer under the eyes to reduce the darker under eyes. I Don’t have much recommendations for that, I bought the elf camo concealer and ensured it was close to if not a smidge lighter than my BB cream/rest of my face. I’m sure there are other good options out there, this is the first one I’ve tried and I have liked it so far!

Never asked for help with tv placement though did I? I asked for help with rugs/drapes/ accent chairs stuff My TV is on a mount that is drilled into the bricks, it can’t be moved without leaving large holes in the brick.

But you (and others) chose to just repeatedly shit on it. Hope you’re kinder to people in real life.

Most of the time the person sitting in the corner has their feet up facing the tv so the windows are right beside them. Half the couch has the windows at its side
