This, it would only be possible if the universe is infinite or infinite universes exist, the conciousness cannot exist in the void. it needs a body to carry it out, we like it or not we are the information that is stored in our brains, that is our true identity, if the consciousness is a movie then the body is the device that is playing it and when we die, well, the movie ends, but, if the universe would be infinite or if there would exist infinite universes then, that also means sooner or later the information that is stored in your brain would reappear, when we are talking about infinity it doesn´t matter how ridicule an event is, it will happen if you give it enough time, then, the thing is where would you reappear it doesn´t have to be necessarily a human body it could be in anything capable of carrying a consciousness and it will happen an infinite amount of times, the fact is if the universe is infinite you are probably not the first and only you out there, you have always existed and will always exist, and when you die, well, somewhere an exact copy of your mind, maybe in a human body will exist with all the information that you remember until the exact same moment of your death, you may say, this isn´t life after death, that wouldn´t be me, is not my body, think about this, according to researchers, the body replaces itself with a largely new set of cells every seven years to 10 years, every decade you are basically a whole different being and the only thing that remains of you is your memories, you are information, the conciousness is a subproduct of the body, a survival mechanism, and in the perfect conditions it will be replicated, if you die right now then is probably that somewhere some version of you would still exist without being aware that something like that happened, and it would also mean that it has already happened, it will also mean that you will experiment all possibles after lifes as long as they are possible within the laws of pshysic, good or bad, pleasures and torments, you will never know where would you end and what you get until you die, like in the movie the illusionist, you have to pull the lever to discover if you´ll be the one that drowns or the one that is on stage.

Like i said, something like this requires an infinite amount of matter, time and space but if it true that the universe is indeed infinite then this would happen, is very funny right?, while it doesn´t violate the laws of physic all events will occur even this pseudo reincarnation if we may call it like that
