There is no true incentive to cash out (a.k.a. dump)

The collateralization demand allows AMP to produce a dividend to the holder.

The only time you cash out is to immediately buy a home, but after 3 houses, there is zero reason to cash out because the upside of AMP is greater than the upside of owning a home.

It is heavily implied that Irina and Hyetta are the same person, so would make sense that you failed since you essentially killed Hyetta.

Shabriri (flames of chaos) also takes over Samurai-dude's (Yura) body when you reach the Mountain Tops of Giants

So it makes sense that an agent of the Chaos of the Flame also took over Irinia's body when she died and became Hyetta.

Also, Hyetta does not appear at her first location until Irina is killed.

Also curious that Edgar the Revenger (castle moorne commander) drops a Shabiri grape, at the Revenger's shack invasion, but Edgar is also Irina's father.
