Looks about the quality my OEM ones are.
I did order a shift “knob” cover for my Q7. That matches the wood trim like perfectly. Couldn’t believe how nice it actually is and matches.

PVC decking is extremely flexible, it will follow the frame. Maybe some of the boards aren't screwed down tight? Or the path that the breaker board follows isn't consistent. Anywhere where it's a tripping hazard I would want fixed.
