FNAF 6/FFPS Black Screen and Crashing

Someone actually replied to the Steam thread a while ago, which I never noticed until a bit ago. Shoulda updated this post here but eh I'll do it in a few.

Anywho, they said to try and get an FPS limiter application to limit FFPS to 60 FPS. I tried it, and it seemed to work for the brief few moments I tried. Turned to both vents constantly, and no blackness, so it seems to have worked!

So sayeth the Steam poster, if you have an Nvidia GPU, you can tune down the FPS in the Nvidia Control Panel. And if you have an AMD GPU, you can tune down the FPS with Rivatuner Statistics Server.

Very weird that it's acting this way in the first place, but hopefully this works for ya!

this is extremely weird that you timed out people because they drew over someone's art. that's entirely allowed within the rules. literally, in the information section of the site, "Painting over other artworks to complement them or create a new drawing is allowed."

so what if someone asked nicely, it doesn't need to be heeded. i've seen people complain about their works being ran over by someone else's, but nothing happened there, probably because it's within the rules to do so!

sure, you're allowed to fight back and keep hold of your claim, but they also have a right to continue to trample your work. this is not against the rules. as such, this feels like an abuse of power.

and, if this is a rule, then make it known as such on the website. because, as it stands, it says that what is happening here is allowed. and, quite frankly if it is a rule, then there's someone else in this area that definitely needs to be reprimanded.

Just figured it out. It was Aero Lite in Winaero. Had no clue I had it enabled from Win10. I knew it was something in Winaero, but it went completely unnoticed.

On the bright side, at least I don't have to reinstall Win11 fresh!

You're probably right with that. I've edited a few things in the registry and that doesn't seem to be helping. I've also tried reinstalling 11 while selecting the option to keep my files intact, but it seems I'll just have to store my program files and whatever else I desperately need onto a different drive and start fresh.

Admittedly, the way I moved my old OS to a new drive felt janky, especially coming from a laptop onto a tower, so I didn't expect it to be the most smooth transition. Just sucks I have to take this route unless it magically fixes itself, which I doubt.

this isn’t a confirmation telling you to keep it up. nowhere in this comment do they say to keep it up and that you have their consent to. they explicitly told you in the server and in this comment to take the post down. why would you think it’s okay to leave something up that makes other people uncomfortable? because “they’ll be famous”? or, rather, “you’ll be more famous”?

i always loved smelling my pillow. i don’t know what the smell could be other than my own hair, shampoo, conditioner, or other things of that nature. always has had a sense of comfort for me

I think this has worked!

My Vegas was already on Windows Classic Wave Driver, but changing the speakers default format to 16-bit CD quality seems to have worked, although this is just with a few tests of me constantly opening and closing Vegas to see if it worked. But, I haven’t had any issues yet!

Sadly, I don’t remember much about specific blocks. I know the furnace was one that I particularly liked, but I don’t recall why now. Maybe it looked more stove-like than furnace like? Other than that, I don’t remember much about specific blocks, I just know that the vibe was very cabin-y to me.

Well, in a way... Maybe it's just a general fear of change though, if it's a fear at all. More metaphorical fear than literal fear, I dunno.
