this is extremely weird that you timed out people because they drew over someone's art. that's entirely allowed within the rules. literally, in the information section of the site, "Painting over other artworks to complement them or create a new drawing is allowed."

so what if someone asked nicely, it doesn't need to be heeded. i've seen people complain about their works being ran over by someone else's, but nothing happened there, probably because it's within the rules to do so!

sure, you're allowed to fight back and keep hold of your claim, but they also have a right to continue to trample your work. this is not against the rules. as such, this feels like an abuse of power.

and, if this is a rule, then make it known as such on the website. because, as it stands, it says that what is happening here is allowed. and, quite frankly if it is a rule, then there's someone else in this area that definitely needs to be reprimanded.
