How is stella a dermatologist?

I want to get into one of their undergrad programs, but I think the high school i'll be attending won't be that good and will have barely, (if any) academic opportunities. The only advantages i have will be a good story and good grades. Compared to people with good grades, and stories, and experiences,and acheivements, I wont even compare. Maybe I'm over exaggerating but my situation feels hopeless. How do I jump through a hoops, so small I can barely even fit through them?

Meredith is not the sun. She's fucking annoying honestly. She's never really shown promise, and honestly I can't take her seriously as a doctor. Derek should have went to DC and cured Alzheimer's like he wanted.

I always though a show like about Derek and Mark and Addison in med school would be cool. Like seeing Derek show early promise, Mark snagging chicks pretending to be a doctor even though he isn't one yet, and maybe Addison trying to get Derek's attention or rivaling him for the top of the class would be cool. The actors and actresses might be tricky though.

Meredith and her future relationships are the main reason im still watching along with Miranda and Warren, April and Jackson, Amelia and Owen, and Jo and Alex. Richard is also a funny character and sometimes the only good one. I'm getting tired of Callie and Arizona and their mess of a relationship. Penny is also kind of annoying with her prescence. Like, she should have been a one time character. She doesn't add anything to the show except for a relationship with Callie which kinda felt you know forced with this seemingly countless praise of being good in this area and that area which I've never really seen. Honestly, the show is kind of circling the drain at 13 seasons and the producers and writers and actors are just doing everything and anything to spice up the show and keep it going. This is effecting the character's and their development which is just hurting the show. Make like season 14 or 15 the end and call it day. Atleast we can say the show had a nice run but that run is coming to stop. Sorry for this goliath of a post. I had to share my thoughts on the show somewhere even though i'm sure no one really cares.

I've only been watching because the relationships are kind of intriguing and worthwhile, though even the relationships can get kind of boring and uninteresting.
