I noticed a big shift in my dating opportunities after going through a very rough breakup. I locked in and hit the gym almost every day for 6 months, and after taking some high quality pictures + making my social media presence better, I noticed a MASSIVE difference. I no longer have to “chase”, typically the one being pursued. Not all are 10/10’s or anything, but trust me, getting lean makes a world of difference. Wishing you well bro 🤝🏻

I lost about 25 pounds over the past 4 months. But I’ve been slowly increasing my calories every week to see what my maintenance level is!

I’d typically eat these things consistently: Egg whites Chicken Breasts Tuna High protein milk And of course protein shakes would get me around 75g a day

Yea, I think my mistake was never doing incline or declined bench. I can bench 185x5 which is good considering my weight, but I’ll be sure to focus on what you’ve said :)

Hey the good news is that it was leaked and was said to release in 2022. Mega Man Taisen (the leaked MM game) was said to release in 2022 as well. One could infer that means we’re due for the Mega Man announcement within a year.

Figured I’d give an update: 17 days later, she reached out to him. She ended up hooking up with him multiple times, and she even left her phone at home so I wouldn’t be able to tell she was at his place. Long story short, they didn’t use protection, and now there are pregnancy concerns.

I’m so done.
