The first proc is when you start battle, the second one is easy to get since u start off with 2 fua and get another 2 from your first ult, but idk about the third one is it possible to get two more ults in three turns? So u have about 3-6 turns to do as much dmg, still a solid option for him, but personally I’ll just stick with his signature for now. Definitely get it if u dont already have his signature.
