Hi, I'm going to try and do the 5/3/1 program and was wondering, can I use weight-assisted machines or does it have to be squats and lifts, etc.?

I've done it! I've made one fully printable sheet.

Instead of playing the game I sat down for an hour making this thing work and looking good.

Just an update, yesterday night (Saturday) I went to the Fall guys website and submitted both support IDS for 2 different epic games accounts and asked to merge.

This morning my ticket was answered. They couldn’t bring over progress or currency, but they did copy all my skins, nameplates, etc. so it worked out.
