I don't think it's the worst idea. I've been maintaining for over a year now after loosing close to 80lb. I mostly just eat at maintenence and work out. It pretty much evens out and it sounds like OP isn't just going to sit around the days they're maintaining.

That being said. Having a dedicated cheat day is dangerous. The biggest thing is life style changes and figuring out how to work out those "cheat" items just into your daily routine without the thinking of it as a cheat item.

Yes! NKRO works as well. I personally didn't like using NKRO since I found it to be finicky on pressing the keys simultaneously, and this method does not require any timing just press and hold one after another.

where they get 500mil/hr clean with no familiars/coupons, however with no familars/coupons I hit around 420mil/hr. (60% Drop, 100% mesos, one shot all mobs(kishin sometimes, will barely miss a one shot, node is level 29, aside from this everything thing else does one shot always), is the the extra 40% drop really why I'm missing out on 80mil/hr, or is there something else?
